Contact and Communication Consent
Effective date: soft launch (2026).
By submitting an inquiry through Nando or the website, the user agrees that their inquiry details may be sent to Denis Tarasenkov and copied to the website administrator for routing and recordkeeping.
If the user provides WhatsApp, they consent to being contacted by WhatsApp about the inquiry.
Before You're There does not guarantee that Denis will respond, accept the inquiry, or provide services.
Consent to Contact
Submitting an inquiry constitutes consent to be contacted about the inquiry by Denis and, when relevant, the website administrator.
Email Communication
If an email address is provided, the user may receive a confirmation email and follow-up correspondence related to the inquiry.
WhatsApp Communication
If WhatsApp is selected or a WhatsApp number is provided, the user consents to being contacted on WhatsApp about the inquiry.
Incorrect Contact Information
Before You're There is not responsible for failed contact, missed messages, or misrouted communications caused by inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete contact information.
No Guarantee of Response
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a response from Denis or that Denis will accept the inquiry or provide services.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion from website records, email hello@beforeyourethere.com. Deletion from Before You're There systems may not automatically delete information already received or independently stored by Denis.
