Before You're There LATAM collects information submitted through Nando and inquiry forms to help route travel planning inquiries to Denis Tarasenkov, an independent LATAM travel planning provider.

• Destination cities
• Travel dates
• Number of travelers
• Children traveling and ages, if provided

• Accommodation preferences

• Nando chatbot conversation content

• Device/browser data

• Form submission timestamps

Information may be used to:

• Send the inquiry to Denis
• Send a copy to the website administrator

By submitting a LATAM inquiry, the user understands and agrees that the inquiry information may be shared with Denis Tarasenkov so he may independently decide whether and how to respond.

After Denis receives the inquiry, any further use of the information by Denis in connection with his independent services is his responsibility. Before You're There does not control Denis's independent communications, records, payment handling, service delivery, or data practices.

Information may be processed by website hosting providers, database tools, email providers, AI service providers, analytics tools, spam/security tools, and other technical providers needed to operate the website and Nando.

Messages submitted to Nando may be processed by AI technology to collect trip details, generate summaries, estimate planning scope, and route inquiries.

Because users, Denis, Tatyana, AI providers, email tools, and website infrastructure may be located in different countries, inquiry information may be processed or accessed internationally.

If the user provides a WhatsApp number or selects WhatsApp as the preferred contact method, the user consents to having that number shared with Denis for follow-up about the inquiry.

We do not sell personal information.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, chatbot, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of information held by the website by contacting hello@beforeyourethere.com.

Deletion from Before You're There systems may not automatically delete information already received or independently stored by Denis.

The website is not directed to children under 13. Child ages may be submitted by an adult only for family travel planning context.

The website may contain links or references to third-party websites, platforms, providers, or resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
