Referral and Independent Provider Disclosure

Before You're There LATAM may introduce travelers to Denis Tarasenkov, an independent LATAM travel planning provider. Denis is not an employee, agent, partner, contractor, representative, co-owner, officer, director, or legal affiliate of Before You're There or Tatyana.

Any services Denis offers are provided independently by Denis. Before You're There does not control, supervise, guarantee, insure, or assume responsibility for Denis's work, communications, pricing, payments, refunds, legal compliance, tax compliance, availability, conduct, or service performance.

If a traveler chooses to work with Denis, any agreement is directly between the traveler and Denis. Travelers should ask Denis directly about his scope of services, pricing, payment terms, refund policy, cancellation policy, and any applicable legal or business registration details before paying or relying on his services.

Before You're There or Tatyana may receive a referral fee or other compensation if a traveler becomes a paying client of Denis after being introduced through this website. This does not increase the traveler's price unless Denis states otherwise.
